“Buy Now Or Pay Double: One-Week Extension Of Deadline” – Babatunde Ogala SAN Joins Lawyers’ Housing Scheme
The Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme has announced a one-week extension for its current pricing, with a significant price increment of almost 100% set to take effect on February 7, 2025.
The scheme, which has gained traction among legal professionals, recently welcomed Chief Babatunde Ogala SAN as one of the latest allottees of F.C.D.A allocated plots of land in Abuja.
The initiative, designed to provide affordable and premium housing solutions for lawyers, offers plots of land in various sizes, with prices ranging from N10.1 million for a 160sqm plot built to DPC (Damp Proof Course) to N19.792 million for a 450sqm plot built to DPC. Other options include N13.4 million for a 250sqm plot and N15.750 million for a 300sqm plot.
Prospective buyers can secure a plot with a 50% deposit, which also shields them from the impending price increment. The remaining balance can be paid in installments over a period of up to two years.
The scheme also offers a 5% facilitator’s/agency fee for individuals who refer others to the program. Interested parties are encouraged to act quickly, as the price increment will take effect after February 7, 2025.
The Lawyers In Business Institute has organized site visits for interested buyers, with the next visit scheduled for Saturday, January 2, 2025, from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Daily visits will also be available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm until February 7, 2025.
The meeting point and temporary entrance to the estate is located at the VON/Trademore Estate Junction, Airport Road, Abuja. The estate, situated beneath the Galadimawa Hills, is already built-up and livable, with an expressway flagged off by the F.C.T Minister on December 5, 2024, and a six-month delivery order in place.
The initiative is spearheaded by Aare Isiaka Olagunju SAN, former General Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and President of the Lawyers In Business Institute, alongside Chief Emeka Silas Agbara Esq, Director of Solar For All Ltd and Senior Associate at M.I Dikko SAN & Associates, who serves as the Admin of the Lawyers In Business Institute.
